ARTICLE IV
General Membership Meetings
1. General Meetings. The general meetings of the Chapter shall be held at 1900 hours on the fourth Wednesday of every month, except December.

2. Annual Meetings. Annual meetings of the membership of the chapter shall be held in April of each year for the purpose of electing officers for a one year term, directors for a two year term, state council delegates for a two year term occurring in each even numbered year and Election Committee members for a one year term.
3. Quorum. Ten members of the Chapter shall constitute a quorum.

Chapter Board
1. Board Composition. The officers, plus nine directors shall constitute the Chapter board. The directors shall serve for a term of two years or until their successors are elected.

2. Board’s Duties and Powers. The duties and powers of the Chapter board shall be those prescribed by the Constitution of the Vietnam Veterans of America Incorporated.
3. Quorum. Quorum of the chapter board shall be two-thirds of the whole number of the Chapter Board, or that number greater than two-thirds which is closest thereto when the number of the directors is not divisible by three.
